1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, let a website save small pieces of information on your device. They can be “first-party” (set by the website you are visiting) or “third-party” (set by another service), and “session” (deleted when you close the browser) or “persistent” (kept until they expire or you delete them).
In this policy, “cookies” refers to cookies and these similar technologies. This policy explains how VMA Social Media LLC uses them on vmasocial.us and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. How we use cookies
At this time our website does not set cookies and does not use local storage, session storage or similar technologies. The menu, animations and plan builder work entirely in your browser without saving anything, and our contact form protects itself against spam with a hidden field and a time check, not with cookies.
If we ever need a strictly necessary cookie (for example, to keep you signed in to a client portal), we will add it to the list below. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under most privacy laws, but we will still tell you about them here.
3. Cookies and storage we use
- None at this time. Our website does not set first-party or third-party cookies.
The animation libraries our site uses (GSAP, anime.js and Three.js) are stored on our own server. They run only in your browser, do not set cookies and do not send information to third parties.
4. Third-party services
Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google’s servers. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google, and Google receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requesting the font. We do not use Google Fonts to set cookies, and Google’s handling of this data is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
Links and contact buttons. Our site contains links to WhatsApp, email and social media profiles. These services do not set cookies through our site until you click a link and leave it, at which point the other service’s own cookie and privacy policies apply.
Payment processor. When you pay an invoice, you may be redirected to our payment processor’s secure page, which may use its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud, under its own policies.
5. What we do not use
At this time our website does not use:
- analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics);
- advertising or retargeting pixels (such as the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or Google Ads tags);
- social media tracking widgets or embedded feeds that set cookies; or
- any cookie used to sell or share personal information or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The pixels and tags we install for our clients run on our clients’ websites, under our clients’ own privacy and cookie policies, not on ours.
6. Future changes and consent
If we decide to add analytics, advertising pixels or other non-essential cookies to our website, we will update this policy before doing so, list each tool and its purpose, and ask for your consent through a cookie banner where the law requires it (for example, for visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions with consent rules). You will be able to change or withdraw your consent at any time. We will also honor Global Privacy Control signals as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. How to control cookies
You can control and delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Most browsers let you see stored cookies, delete them, block third-party cookies or block all cookies:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies, or Delete browsing data.
- Safari: Settings or Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data.
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.
- Edge: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies and site permissions.
- Mobile browsers: look for the privacy or site data options in the browser’s settings menu.
Because our website does not currently set cookies, blocking cookies does not affect how it works. Clearing your browser’s site data also clears any local storage other websites may have saved.
8. Updates to this policy
We will update this Cookie Policy whenever we change the cookies or technologies we use. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
