1. Our commitment
VMA Social Media LLC wants everyone to be able to learn about our services, read our policies and contact us, regardless of disability, device or technology. Accessibility is part of how we design and build our own website and an ongoing effort, not a one-time project.
2. Conformance target
Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, motor, speech, cognitive and other disabilities. We consider our website partially conformant: most of it meets the target, and we are working on the limitations described below.
3. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML: headings in a logical order, landmarks for header, navigation, main content and footer, real buttons and links, and lists where content is a list.
- Color contrast: text and essential interface elements are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, and color is not the only way we convey information.
- Keyboard navigation: all menus, links, buttons and form fields can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link.
- Reduced motion: animations respect your operating system’s “reduce motion” setting, and no content flashes more than three times per second.
- Text alternatives: meaningful images have alternative text, and decorative images and icons are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms: every field has a visible label, required fields are identified, and error messages are described in text.
- Responsive and zoomable: pages adapt to small screens and can be zoomed up to 200% without loss of content or function.
- Language: the language of each page is declared so screen readers pronounce content correctly.
4. Compatibility
Our website is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge) on desktop and mobile, and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS and TalkBack), screen magnifiers, voice control and browser zoom. It is not designed for outdated browsers that no longer receive security updates.
5. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible:
- Portfolio and client content: some images, videos and examples of client work may not yet have complete text descriptions or captions.
- Third-party content: content and tools provided by other companies, such as WhatsApp, social media platforms, scheduling tools and our payment processor’s checkout page, are outside our direct control and may not meet the same standard.
- Decorative animations: some decorative animations, such as the animated background and phone preview at the top of the home page and the scrolling list of platforms, move automatically and do not yet have a pause button. They contain no essential information, and they stop when your device’s “reduce motion” setting is turned on.
- Documents: some downloadable files, such as PDF proposals or brand manuals, may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We can provide them in an accessible format on request.
We are working to resolve these limitations. In the meantime, we are happy to provide any information from the site in another format.
6. Feedback and assistance
If you have trouble using any part of our website, or need information in an alternative format (such as plain text, large print or a phone call), please contact us:

Please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, the problem you found and the browser and assistive technology you use, if any. We will acknowledge your message and respond within 5 business days with a solution, a workaround or a timeline for a fix. If we cannot fix the problem quickly, we will make sure you get the information or service you need in another way.
7. Accessibility in client work
When we design websites, stores, landing pages and content for our clients, we apply the same accessibility practices by default, such as readable contrast, keyboard-friendly navigation, alternative text and captions on videos. Full conformance of a client’s website also depends on content and changes made by the client or third parties after delivery, and on any specific requirements agreed in the Proposal. Accessibility audits and remediation can be included on request. This statement covers only vmasocial.us.
8. Assessment and updates
We assess the accessibility of our website through self-evaluation, including automated checks, manual keyboard testing, screen reader testing and contrast checks, when we publish new pages and at least once a year. We review this statement after each assessment. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last reviewed. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
